PARODY OF DEMOCRACY ESTABLISHED IN KARZAI’S AFGHANISTAN

Officials in Afghanistan yesterday declared  that Hamid Karzai (pictured above) was the winner of the country’s disputed presidential poll after cancelling a planned runoff election.
